Day at the park

My sister Rachel and her 3 kids are in town from Oregon!! I took a day off of work so I could go to the park with them, the triplets and Buddy's kids. My camera battery went dead and I was sooo sad :(:( I didnt get as many pictures as I wanted. Im bummed I didnt get any of the twins. We went to the best park I've been to. Its on McQueen & Germane (sp). The park was huge and had tons of stuff for the kids. Well worth the extra drive time. We had tons of fun!!!!!!

Holidays

I havent posted in forever so I thought I should post about the holidays...better late than never! Last year I was sooo crazy busy but I did get the Christmas tree up and decorated. This year...hmmm....I put the tree up and put one ornament on the tree. I've realized you accomplish so much more when life is busy and I owe this naked tree to just not feeling like doing much of anything since graduation. I know its sad and my new year resolution is to not enjoy the couch as much as I have been :)

We spend Christmas Eve with my family and Christmas day with Zac's and it works out really well. All the nieces and newphews get to open thier presents and it is so much fun to watch them. They also do the nativity scene....although this year it didnt work out so well. I didnt manage to get one picture of all of them :)

Gavin was sooo excited to get this gift from Grandma. Grandma tried to take a picture of him and the gift but he only wanted a picture of the gift because it was sooo cool. I managed to get a picture of both. The next morning Zac and I woke up early had our Christmas then went off to the annual Hoover Breakfast.

Every year we have a family challenge at the Hoover house. Its a lot of fun. Each year is a different challenge. Zac and Ifound these guns that had planes that you can shoot off the end several months ago and we knew we had to get them for the challenge...and they were 88 cents each so you cant beat that either.

It was windy outside but we managed to make the planes fly. The Hoovers love a competition and I think this year Jeremy won! We will see who wins next year. Here I am showing off my skills....lol. I was the worst of them all!!

Boys will be boys. As you can see the boys loved shooting these planes and had lots of fun. You can only imagine what they did with those guns. I took pictures but decided not to post due to the content...but they were hilarious!

Hope everyone had a great holiday and thanks to everyone who sent us Christmas cards. They were all so cute and greatly appreciated! Once we have kids we too will send them out but for now just know that we love you all!!

31 & 3

31 & 3- I turned 31 last month and Addie turned 3. Time flies. I can't believe I am 31!!! Ten years ago if you asked me what I would be doing at 31 I would have told you that I would have been married for several years and staying at home taking care of my children. Well as you know life didnt turn out for me that way and Im ok with that. My amazing husband was sooo worth the wait I was able to finish my batchelor's and Masters degree. I bought my own home when I was 25 and have had the opportunity to travel. Ive been very blessed. Heres some pics of the bday celebrations!

Family

September and October are busy months for bdays in our family. I have 11 neices and newphews and all but 2 are born in either Oct or February. Heres some of the pics of the family. I realized that I need to get more pics of the triplets. They are usually running around and having fun...I need to make sure I track them down at the next family function


Maude just turned 4 years old. I can't believe how time flies! It seems like yesterday that Iwent the hospital after she was born. Maude is a fun loving and hilarious girl.

Lauren just turned 8 and she is so kind and thoughtful. She helps take care of her little bro and sis and loves animals and all that fun stuff!

Bailey just turned one and is just about walking. My guess is she will be walking next time I see her.

I love this picture of Ellie. She loved the red light from the camera flash and smiled every time I took a picture. She also just turned one and is full of smiles and giggles!

Quinn is getting so big. He will be 2 in February and is growing so fast. He loves to get into everthing he sees and is all boy!

Addie will be 3 at the end of the month and she is so much fun. She loves to act silly and is a big helper with Ellie and Bailey.

Here is my favorite kiddo! This is Zac's 31st bday. I cant believe he is 31! I love him like crazy I remember writing him notes in the 9th grade because I had a little crush on him. He wrote me back but he had other women on his mind.....I cant blame him we were only 15!

Oregon

Zac and I went to Oregon along with my parents to see Rachel and the kiddos. This was a special trip because Lauren turned 8 and we got to be there for her baptism. My grandma also came down from Canada to spend time with the family. It was neat to see her since it has been 4 years since I last saw her and this was the first time she met Zac. Zac and I went along the historic highway to see the waterfalls along the way. Theres about 5 of them and they are gorgeous. We went on a tour of the Portland temple grounds and to the Silverton Falls on our last day. This was Zac's first time in Oregon and Im sooo glad he enjoyed it there. We cant wait to go back and have been trying to figure out when we will go next. Who knows maybe someday we will make it our permanent adrs! Here's a ton of pictures of our trip.

"Aunt" Tia

As most of you know Melanie had her baby on the 22nd and I am an "aunt" once again. Mady is the cutest baby and I was honored that I was able to see her come into this world. Mel and I were going to try to plan to have her last baby and my first around the same time but she beat me to it (we havent started trying yet).
